HARRISONBURG, VA. -- Two fierce Colonial Athletic Association football rivals meet up again this Saturday as #25 University of Delaware returns from a bye week to take on James Madison at Bridgeforth Stadium at 4 p.m. The game will be televised throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region on Comcast SportsNet.
Delaware (2-1, 0-0 CAA) will be making its CAA debut this week and brings a two-game win streak into the game that includes home victories over Delaware State (27-9) on Sept. 7 and vs. Colgate (28-25) on Sept. 13. The Blue Hens, who moved into The Sports Network Top 25 for the first time this season on Monday, had their bye week this past Saturday.
The Hens, who lead the all-time series by a 13-8 margin, will travel to James Madison for the first time since the 2010 season when they came away with a 13-10 win on a field goal in the final seconds.
James Madison (2-2, 0-1 CAA) will be looking to get back on the winning track after dropping its CAA opener to Villanova by a 49-31 score Saturday. That loss snapped the Dukes' two-game winning streak.
