LAST TIME OUT
UD dropped its third straight game Friday as Towson defeated the Blue Hens, 56-49, at SECU Arena. Hannah Jardine led Delaware with 17 points and eight rebounds. Joy Caracciolo and Courtni Green each added 10 points of their own in the loss. Jodi Salyer dished out a team-best five assists. The two teams held a 26-26 tie at halftime before the Tigers would go up by as much a nine in the second half. A jumper from Salyer with 1:02 remaining brought the Hens within four at 53-49, but Towson sealed the game with three free throws in the final minute of play.
HEN SCRATCHINGS
· UD looks to stop a three-game losing skid with hopes of its first CAA win of the season. Delaware has also lost six of its last seven games.
