LAST TIME OUT
A slow first half start hindered Delaware as the Blue Hens dropped a 61-56 decision to Drexel at the Daskalakis Athletic Center Sunday afternoon. The Dragons held a 32-21 lead at halftime and led by as much as 18 points with just over nine minutes remaining in the game before Delaware came roaring back. The Hens outscored Drexel, 35-29, in the second half and came within three points with under a minute left on the clock. UD (8-11, 3-5 CAA) then collected two fouls and a turnover in the final 40 seconds as the Dragons (12-7, 6-2 CAA) closed out the game with the victory. Erika Brown led all scorers with 22 points in addition to collecting three rebounds and two steals in 38 minutes of play. Courtni Green added 16 points and a game-high five assists. Makeda Nicholas finished the game with six rebounds and two blocked shots.

· The Hens have lost two of their last three games, but have won two of their last three at home.

· One of the longest rivalries in program history, UD hosts the 70th all-time matchup dating to the 1973-74 season.
· Delaware leads Towson all-time, 48-21.
· Earlier this month, the Tigers defeated the Blue Hens for the first time since Feb. 28, 2010.
· Previously, Delaware had won eight straight over Towson.
