The College of Charleston knocked down nine free throws in the final five minutes and held Delaware to just one field goal in the same span as the Blue Hens dropped their second consecutive game, 55-49, Tuesday evening at TD Arena. In a back and forth affair, Delaware led, 47-44, with 6:14 remaining in the contest before the Cougars (3-10, 1-1 CAA) forced five UD turnovers and finished on an 11-2 run for the win. Hannah Jardine posted her second double double in three games with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Courtni Green led Delaware with 15 points while Joy Caracciolo and Chastity Taylor dished out four assists apiece.

· Friday's game renews one of the longest rivalries in UD history as the Hens take on the Tigers in the 69th all-time matchup dating to the 1973-74 season.
· Delaware leads Towson all-time, 48-20, and have won eight straight since 2010.
· UD is 23-11 over TU in Towson.
· The last Tiger win came with a 56-45 victory on Feb. 28, 2010 in Towson.
· The two teams will square off at the Bob Carpenter Center on January 29.
