Men's Lacrosse Ranks Among National Leaders in Lax Stache Madness Fundraising

“We set out this year to raise $127,000 and we were very humbled by the reception that Lax Stache Madness received this year. It is incredible to be able to say that our staches collectively raised an amazing $170,000 in support of the HEADstrong Foundation. We cannot thank the lacrosse community enough for rallying in support. The tireless efforts, commitment and dedication of our growers, captains, teams, coaches and supporters have been simply incredible and overwhelming. To think that in 7 years our staches have raised more than $670,000 to support cancer patients and their families is unbelievable,” said Clausen.
“On behalf of the HEADstrong Foundation and those we proudly serve, we wish to extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone who participated, contributed or sponsored Lacrosse Mustache Madness this year. It is really special to see how this campaign has taken flight and we are so proud of Ken and the Lax Stache team for their relentless spirit in driving this campaign. We are so excited for the future. $170,000 is an incredible achievement and the funds raised will be instrumental in allowing us the ability to strengthen our commitment to cancer patients and families, especially this holiday season,” said Cheryl Colleluori, HEADstrong President.
