Delaware?s Weekend Series at Virginia Commonwealth Canceled

RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Delaware baseball team's series with Virginia Commonwealth scheduled for this weekend has been canceled due to expected inclement weather in the Richmond, Va. area.
The weekend series was initially supposed to be a three-game set, but was changed to four games when last Saturday's game between the Hens and Rams was postponed.
UD is 1-1 on the season and will return home next weekend for the inaugural Bob Hannah Invitational. The round-robin three-team tournament will consist of Delaware, Delaware State, and Albany.
