Delaware was unable to capitalize on a couple of last minute opportunities Sunday as the Blue Hens dropped a 67-64 decision to Drexel at the Bob Carpenter Center. UD brought the game to within two points with 24 seconds remaining, but a critical turnover allowed the Dragons to shoot free throws with :08 on the clock. Drexel's Rachel Pearson hit 1-of-2 to give the Dragons the 67-64 advantage and the Hens unable to get a basket as time expired. Courtni Green and Hannah Jardine paced the Hens with 17 points apiece. Erika Brown added 12 points and four assists while Joy Caracciolo contributed 11 points of her own. Makeda Nicholas led UD with six rebounds.
