Erika Brown erupted for a career-best 31 points Sunday afternoon as Delaware defeated Hofstra, 73-62, at Mack Sports Complex. Brown posted 17 points in the first half and finished the game shooting 11-for-17 from the floor. The guard also went a career-best 8-for-8 from the charity stripe while adding seven rebounds, three steals and two assists in 38 minutes of play. Jodi Salyer dished out a career-high nine assists as the Blue Hens improved to 10-11 on the year and 5-5 in CAA play. Joy Caracciolo tallied her fifth career double double with 12 points and 10 assists while Hannah Jardine registered 13 points.
