Spots Still Open for Delaware Youth Football Camp; NFL Players Set to Visit During Week

NEWARK, Del. -- University of Delaware Football announced Thursday that several openings remain for spots at next week's annual Blue Hen Football Youth Camp.
The Delaware Youth Football Camp, coordinated by the UD football coaching staff, will take place beginning this Monday, June 22, and will continue through Friday, June 26.
The camp is designed to teach fundamental football skills for all positions in a fun way for students ages 8-12. Camp hours are 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Friday.
The cost is $225 per camper and registration is available online by clicking HERE or by walk-up on Monday morning at the Bob Carpenter Center. The camp will be held each day at 22,000-seat Delaware Stadium, one of the top venues in the nation at the NCAA Division Football Championship Subdivision.
Among the special guest who will appear next week are three former Blue Hen players who are currently playing in the National Football League, including All-Pro defensive back and 2014 Super Bowl participant Mike Adams of the Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Bears quarterback Pat Devlin, and Denver Broncos offensive lineman Gino Gradkowski. Gradkowki earned a Super Bowl ring while playing for the Baltimore Ravens in 2013.
