CSM Selects Delaware?s Enderson, Woodson, Curtis Preseason All-Americans

NEWARK, Del. -- University of Delaware standouts Eric Enderson, Ben Curtis, and Blaine Woodson have been selected to the College Sports Madness.com Football Preseason FCS All-American team.
Enderson, a junior punter from Hampton, Va. (Phoebus HS), was named to the first team while Woodson, a sophomore defensive tackle from East Stroudsburg, Pa. (Stroudsburg HS), was a second team selection, and Curtis, a senior offensive tackle from Columbia, Md. (Calvert Hall HS), was a third team pick.
Delaware is currently taking part in its second week of preseason drills in preparation for the 2015 season opener on Friday, Sept. 4, vs. Jacksonville (Fla.) at
Delaware Stadium. The team will take part in its second scrimmage this Saturday, Aug. 22, at Delaware Stadium at 3 p.m. All Delaware practices and scrimmages are open to the public and free.
Woodson was the 2014 CAA Defensive Rookie of the Year when he collected 8.5 sacks while Enderson earned All-American honors after ranking fourth in the NCAA with a 44.9-yard average. Curtis has started 29 career games at tackle for the Blue Hens.
Enderson, Curtis, and Woodson were among 13 Colonial Athletic Association student-athletes named to the three teams. They were joined by Villanova QB John Robertson, Villanova LB Don Cherry, William & Mary LB Luke Rhodes, and Maine OL Bruce Johnson on the first team; Stony Brook DL Victor Ochi, Maine LB Christophe Mulumba Tshimanga, Maine DL Trevor Bates, William & Mary OL Andrew Jones, and New Hampshire DB Casey DeAndrade on the second team; and Richmond WR Reggie Diggs on the third team.
Great season ticket packages, mini-plans, and single game ticket packages are still available for the 2015 season. Tickets to Delaware's six home games at Delaware Stadium are available for as little as $15 per game and can be purchased online at www.BlueHens.com, by phone at 302-831-2257, or in-person at the Delaware Ticket Office at the Bob Carpenter Center, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Group discounts for as low as $5 per ticket are also available.
Season ticket packages for as low as $89 are still available including special discounted rates for alumni, families, faculty, and staff. Among the special discounts is the inaugural Triple Option Plan, which allows fans to purchase a ticket to one game in September, one game in October, and one game in November for just $44.
