Registration Now Available For Nov. 14 Football Youth Cheer Day

NEWARK, Del. -- Registration is now available for Youth Cheer Day, which will occur on Saturday, Nov. 14 during the University of Delaware's football home finale vs. James Madison.
Available for girls ages 12 and under, the event will allow participants to learn about the importance of education and fitness while meeting and interacting with the Blue Hen cheerleading teams. Participants will learn a short routine to be performed on-field at halftime of the game later that day for all to see in Delaware Stadium. All skill levels are welcome, and no prior cheerleading experience is necessary.
Registration costs just $10, and also includes a free event sweatshirt as well as a game ticket. Family and friends may purchase additional tickets at a special discounted rate of just $12 each.
Clinic check-in will take place from 12 to 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 14, with the pre-game clinic occurring from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. The Blue Hens and Dukes will kick off at 3:30 p.m., while the on-field performance will occur at halftime. This event is rain or shine.
The deadline to register is 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2 or until filled. Space is limited and subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Register here!
