Pilkington and Komer Named CAA Doubles Team of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – The Blue Hens duo of Sara Komer and Brooke Pilkington earned CAA Doubles Team of the Week honors Wednesday.

The pair led Delaware (2-3) to a 6-1 victory at Lehigh this past Sunday.

In top-flight doubles, Komer and Pilkington topped Christina Auyeung and Casey Zhong, 6-2. It marked the fourth straight dual match victory for the twosome, who improved to 27-10 in their careers and 9-5 this season as a doubles team.

The Blue Hens return home to host Morgan State Saturday at 7 p.m. at Elkton Indoor Tennis.
