Delaware Slotted No. 15 in Weekly NFHCA Poll

GILBERT, Ariz. – The Blue Hens remain a constant in the Penn Monto/NFHCA Division I National Coaches Poll as Delaware is ranked No. 15 in this week's standings.
UD (4-4) collected 566 total points after splitting weekend play with a 7-2 triumph over Richmond before falling to No. 5 Princeton, 4-2.
The top five stayed unchanged with North Carolina (7-0) pulling in 1192 points and 33 first place votes followed by Connecticut (7-0), Maryland (8-0), Duke (6-2) and Princeton (5-2).
The next Penn Monto/NFHCA Division I Coaches Poll will be announced on Tuesday, September 25. The poll is voted on by NFHCA member coaches and has no bearing on selection to the 2018 NCAA Division I Field Hockey Championship.
Delaware travels to No. 24 Albany for a 1 p.m. contest Sunday.
