Morgan Rigual Named CAA Rookie of The Week

RICHMOND, Va. – Delaware midfielder Morgan Rigual was named Tuesday as the Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Week.
The freshman scored the first and only goal for No. 11 Blue Hens in Sunday's 1-0 victory at Penn. She connected with sophomore Bo van Hunnik in the eighth minute and shot it in from the left side for her first career score.
Rigual has appeared in seven games this season and in addition to her one goal has tallied two shots, both of which came on goal.
Delaware concludes regular season road play this weekend with contests at Hofstra (Friday, 3 p.m.) and at Drexel (Sunday, noon).
