Delaware Announces CAA Men’s Basketball Schedule

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware men's basketball program announced its 18-game Colonial Athletic Association schedule on Wednesday.
The Blue Hens open their conference slate with a home game against UNCW on Dec. 28, before hosting Charleston on Dec. 30. Delaware then plays three consecutive road games at Drexel on Jan. 4, James Madison on Jan. 9 and Towson on Jan. 11.
The Hens are back home on Jan. 16 to host William & Mary, before welcoming Elon to the Bob Carpenter Center on Jan. 18. UD heads north the following weekend to take on Hofstra on Jan. 23 and Northeastern on Jan. 25.
Delaware then plays three straight home games to open the month of February, hosting Drexel on Feb. 1, Towson on Feb. 6 and James Madison on Feb. 8. The Blue Hens travel to Elon on Feb. 13 and William & Mary on Feb. 15.
The Blue Hens close out their home schedule the following weekend by taking on Northeastern on Feb. 20 and Hofstra on Feb. 22 in Newark. UD then wraps up the regular season with a southern trip, heading to Charleston on Feb. 27 and UNCW on Feb. 29.
The CAA Tournament will be held at the Entertainment & Sports Arena in Washington, D.C. on Mar. 7-10.
Dates and times for CAA regular season games are subject to change based on the league's television package which is expected to be announced later this month.
Delaware announced 12 of its 13 non-conference games last month, with one additional non-league game still to be finalized.
Season tickets are currently on sale, featuring savings of 28 percent over single game pricing. Blue Hens fans can purchase the same great chairback seating for all 13 games, and also will enjoy exclusive access to purchase tickets for neutral site games and the CAA Tournament. Other benefits include early access to special events and single game tickets, with payment plan options available.
Special discount offers are also available for combo accounts, senior citizens, UD alumni, and UD faculty and staff.
Additionally, complimentary parking is available in the Gold Lot for season ticket holders. Gold Lot First Row Reserved parking is also available for $50, with additional Gold Lot General parking available for $50.
