Celebration of Champions: 1980 Field Hockey In Review

Champions will always be remembered and that's exactly what BlueHens.com will be doing throughout the 2020-21 athletic calendar – celebrating our conference and national champions from 10, 20, 25, 30, 40 and 50 years ago.

In total, 24 teams will be honored and we want you to be a part of it!

Each will have a dedicated week where BlueHens.com will recognize the team and their accomplishments with feature stories, old pictures and memories we never want to forget.

This week: 1980 Field Hockey, a team that reached the AIAW National Tournament for the fourth time in five seasons and won the EAIAW Division Championship.
