Blue Hens Basketball Coaches Radio Show Begins Tonight

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware Blue Hens Basketball Coaches Radio Show makes its season debut tonight utilizing a virtual format.
The 30-minute shows will air during each of the next seven Wednesdays at 7 p.m., alternating weeks between men's and women's basketball coaches and student-athletes.
Men's shows featuring "Voice of the Blue Hens" and men's basketball play-by-play announcer Scott Klatzkin joined by men's head coach Martin Ingelsby and a student-athlete will air on Jan. 6, Jan. 20, Feb. 3 and Feb. 17. Women's shows featuring women's play-by-play man Matt Janus joined by women's head coach Natasha Adair and a student-athlete will air on Jan. 13, Jan. 27 and Feb. 10.
Men's shows can be heard live on WDSD 94.7 FM, while women's shows will be broadcast live on Fox Sports 1290 AM and WDOV 1410 AM. Additionally, a podcast of each show will be available the following day on iHeartRadio and @BlueHensRadio.
The shows, which have been previously held at Klondike Kate's on Main Street in Newark, will this year feature pre-recorded zoom calls between Klatzkin, Janus and UD head coaches and student-athletes.
One-hour combined shows featuring Ingelsby, Adair and football head coach Danny Rocco will air once the UD football season begins. Following the conclusion of the basketball seasons, the one-hour football coaches show will air for the remainder of the football season. Dates for those shows will be announced at a future time.
