Weir Tabbed as CAA Runner of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – After an impressive run in her season debut at the Delaware Invitational on Oct. 9, graduate student Susanna Weir was named the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Runner of the Week, announced Tuesday by league officials.
The Staten Island, N.Y. native led the field of 59 runners by finishing the 6K course in a time of 23:15.8 to earn the individual title. Weir's dominant performance helped Delaware defend its home course and capture its second team title of the season.
