Cross Country Meet Preview: FSU XC Invite/Pre-Nationals

» After a powerhouse performance at their home invitational, Delaware will take the show on the road to Tallahassee, Fla. to race at the FSU XC Invite/Pre-Nationals, hosted by Florida State University.

» With her impressive performance in her season debut last weekend, Susanna Weir was named the CAA Runner of the Week.

» The last time the Blue Hens competed in the Pre-Nationals Invitational was in 2019, when the team traveled to Haute, Ind. and earned a sixth-place finish.

» Tina Capparell (22:33.4) and Weir (22:40.0) were part of the Blue Hens' scoring five of the Women's White 6K race. Delaware also saw Julien Webster and Deja Rodriquez-Santiago compete at the invitational.
