Women's Basketball Game Preview: Chicago State

» Delaware will close out the FIU Thanksgiving Classic in Miami, Fla. Saturday with a matchup against Chicago State. This will be the first time both teams will be meeting in program history.

» The Blue & Gold will be looking for their fifth straight win after capturing the 87-72 win against Eastern Michigan on Friday inside Ocean Bank Convocation Center.

» Chicago State is also participating in the Thanksgiving Classic as the Cougars hit the hardwood Friday and fell 64-46 to the hosts, Florida International, in the opener.

» Jasmine Dickey poured in a career-best 48 points against the Eagles to sit second in program history in points scored in a single game and eclipse Elena Delle Donne's previous mark of 42 points scored at Hofstra back on Feb. 16, 2012. This season, Dickey posted her fourth consecutive 30-plus point game performance and currently sits 12 in program history with 1,375 career points.

» Earlier this week, Dickey was recognized as the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Player of the Week for the first time this season after she scored 94 points over three games played in seven days last week.

» After going undefeated in three straight games last week and as of Nov. 23, Delaware earned a ranking as high as No. 20 in the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top 25 Poll.
