Robinson Added to Tewaaraton Watch List

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Mike Robinson of the Delaware men's lacrosse team was added to the Tewaaraton Watch List on Friday afternoon.
The second-year attack is having a sensational sophomore season and leads Delaware in goals (33) and points (38). Robinson has recorded a hat trick in every outing this season and has additionally tallied five assists and 19 ground balls in his seven starts. Â
He joins teammate Charlie Kitchen on the watch list as Kitchen received the honor earlier this season.
The initial 2021 Watch Lists that were announced on March 11 included the top players across all three divisions of NCAA lacrosse to highlight the early contenders for this year's Tewaaraton Award. The April additions represent players from 13 men's programs and nine women's programs.
The Tewaaraton Award annually honors the top male and female college lacrosse player in the United States. The selection committees are made up of premier collegiate coaches and are appointed annually by The Tewaaraton Foundation.
Robinson and the No. 12 Blue Hens return to action on April 10 for a noon CAA tilt against Drexel at Delaware Stadium.
