Blue Hens to Face James Madison in CAA Tournament

RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Delaware men's tennis squad has learned its fate for the upcoming Colonial Athletic Association Championship, which will be held April 30-May 2 at the Millie West Tennis Facility on the campus of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Va.

The fourth-seeded Blue Hens will play at 9 a.m. on Friday, April 30, against #5 James Madison.

Should the Hens advance, UD will move onto the semifinal match on Saturday, May 1 at 11:00am.

Delaware concluded regular season play with a record of 7-2, while going 2-0 in conference play.

The 2021 CAA Men's Tennis Championship will be closed to the general public. No spectators will be admitted on Friday of the event. The semifinals on Saturday and championship on Sunday will be limited to team and player pass lists to keep the Millie West Tennis Facility within the limits of COVID-19 capacity. If matches are moved indoors due to inclement weather, the McCormack-Nagelsen Tennis Center will be closed to all fans.
