Carroll Tied for Fifth Place After Second Round of Golfweek Fall Challenge

PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – Christina Carroll is tied for fifth place while the Delaware women's golf team is eighth following Monday's second round of the Golfweek Fall Challenge.

Carroll fired a two under par 69 on the par 71, 6,032-yard Caledonia Golf & Fish Club course, ending the day in a tie for fifth among individuals with a one under par 72-69-141. Carroll posted six birdies on Monday, including three on the final five holes.

Lexi Dart, who has carded a 75-73-148, and Alisa Khokhlova, who has recorded a 73-75-148, are each tied for 35th place at six over par.

Lilia Henkel is tied for 64th place with a 12 over par 80-74-154, while Oihana Etxezarreta is tied for 73rd place with a 14 over par 78-78-156.

After firing a 298 score on Sunday, the Blue Hens improved to 291 on Monday to finish the day in eighth place out of 20 teams with a 589 total.

The final round of the three-day tournament will be held on Tuesday.
