Servas Earns Second Diver of the Week Award

RICHMOND, Va. - Sophomore diver Julia Servas earned her second weekly conference honor this season announced by the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Tuesday.

The Darien, Conn., native swept both boards in Delaware's 193-106 victory over West Chester last Saturday. Servas recorded a winning score of 275.48 in the 3-meter competition and also placed first in the 1-meter competition with a score of 275.48, which qualified her for the NCAA Zone meet.

Earlier this season, Servas recorded first-place finishes on both boards as Delaware swept Rider and La Salle, earning diver of the week accolades Nov. 16. The sophomore posted a score of 269.95 in the 1-meter competition and a score of 260.90 in the 3-meter event.

The swimming and diving teams hit the road for a meet at CAA rival Towson Jan. 29.
