Cross Country to Compete at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals

University Park, Pa.– The University of Delaware cross country team travels to the campus of Penn State to compete in the 2022 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals. The Blue Hens will send eight runners to compete for a chance to appear at the NCAA Championship in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

What You Need to Know

Delaware comes off hosting the 2022 CAA Championship, where they placed fifth out of 12 teams.
Athletes Sarah Daniels and Autumn Sands were named to the 2022 All-CAA Team after their performances at the CAA Championship.
At last year's NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals, a strong team performance earned the Blue Hens ninth place out of 27 teams.
The Blue Hens send eight runners to Penn State, including Nina Sgambelluri and Molly Lashley, who both finished in the top 40 at the CAA Championship.
