NEWARK, Del. – Delaware's women's swimming and diving program will compete in their fourth meet of the season, and second on the road, when they compete against La Salle and Rider in Philadelphia, Penn. on Nov. 11.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Double Dual Meet vs UMBC, JHU

Mira Selling, the 2022 CAA Championship Most Outstanding Performer and a five-time CAA Champion, picked up right where she left off as she finished in first place in the 100 (50.94), 200 (1:49.89), and 500 free (4:49.64).
In her Blue Hen debut, Erin Shema finished in first place in the 100 back (56.44) and 200 back (2:02.31).
In the 100 breast, Mania Tasakou (1:04.44) finished in first and second place. Tasakou (2:23.81) also finished first in the 200 breast.
Aislinn Mitchell finished in first place (2:09.49) in the 200 fly.
Anthi Lyra finished in first place in the 1000 free (10:29.13).
In the 200 IM, Erin Lillis finished in first place (2:09.33).
The 200 medley relay team of Shema, Tasakou, Mitchell, and Nicole Chiappa finished in first place (1:45.96).
The 400 freestyle relay team of Shema, Chiappa, Lyra, and Selling came in first place with a time of 3:28.86.
Julia Servas took first place in the 1-meter and 3-meter events, recording 265.80 points in the 1-meter and 261.30 points in the 3-meter.

At Yale

Selling continued her impressive start to the season with a first-place finish in the 200 fly (2:03.42). In the 100 free, she placed second with a time of 51.37.
Tasakou highlighted the Blue Hens in the 100 breast with a second-place finish (1:04.95). Tasakou had another strong performance in the 200 breast with a third-place finish and season-best time of 2:20.54. Lillis finished in fifth place with a season-best time of 1:07.54 in the 100 breast and fourth place with a season-best time in the 200 breast (2:26.23).
Jenna Leonard also recorded season-best times in the 100 breast (1:08.18) and 200 breast (2:27.48) and finished in sixth and fifth place in the events
Cristin Earley led the way for the Blue Hens in the 100 back with a fourth-place finish (58.91), while Natalie Dobrzykowski (59.59) and Mitchell (59.77) followed right behind. Shema took first place in the 200 back (2:03.91), however, while Earley placed in third with a season-best time of 2:04.03.
Julia Cichowska performed well in the 100 fly (58.19) and 200 fly (2:09.84), both season-best times and placing in second and fourth. Mitchell finished in fifth place in the 100 fly with a season-best time of 58.74.
During the 400 IM, Lillis (4:37.78), Gately (4:44.40), and Oberholzer (4:46.55) all finished in fourth, fifth, and sixth place.
The 200 freestyle relay team of Shema, Chiappa, Lyra, and Selling finished in second place with a time of 1:36.90.
On the diving side, Alex Pastris earned her first zone cut of the season as she had 269.33 points in the 1-meter and placed in third. Servas improved on her zone cut mark from the Blue Hens' first meet of the season with a score of 267.30 and a fourth-place finish.
In the 3-meter diving, Pastris again placed in third with a score of 265.73, while O'Sullivan (243.08), Servas (238.65), Campbell (227.48), and Drazek (207.23) all followed.

Double Dual Meet vs William & Mary, James Madison

The Blue Hens defeated William & Mary, 161.50-131.50, and James Madison, 173.50-117.50.
Selling kept up her excellent start to the season, as she placed first in the 100 free (51.41), 200 free (1:51.17), and 400 IM (4:24.24). Her time in the 400 IM was a new personal best.
Lyra picked up first-place finishes in the 500 free (5:02.61) and 1000 free (10:22.30), both personal-best times.
In the 100 back, Shema led the way with a first-place time of 56.78. Shema also finished in first place in the 200 back (2:03.08).
Tasakou finished in first place in the 200 breast (2:22.39). Alexandra Misikova was Delaware's top finisher in the 100 fly (58.38), and finished in fourth place in the 200 fly (2:09.59), both personal-bests.
The 200 medley relay team of Shema, Tasakou, Mitchell, and Chiappa finished in third place (1:46.14). The 400 free relay team of Shema, Lyra, Chiappa, and Selling finished in first place (3:28.25).
In the 1-meter dive, Pastris came in first place (286.65), Servas in fifth place (257.63), and O'Sullivan in seventh place (253.88). In the 3-meter, Patris (279.30) ,Campbell (264.98), and O'Sullivan (261.60) all came three-four-five. Pastris' score in the 1-meter improved on her NCAA Zone Cut mark, which was previously at 269.33.

CAA Awards

Pastris was named CAA Rookie Diver of the Month for October.
Pastris was named CAA Diver of the Week on Oct. 25, after her performance against Yale and Nov. 8, after her performance against William & Mary and James Madison.
Selling was named CAA Swimmer of the Week on Oct. 11, 2022 after her performance against UMBC and Johns Hopkins.
