Robinson Earns Second CAA Player of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – Delaware men's lacrosse attacker Mike Robinson earned his second Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Week this season, announced Monday by the league office.

Robinson, a native of Peterborough, Ontario, tallied nine points on the week to lead Delaware to a 1-1 record. He scored two goals on the road at No. 7 Duke. Four days later, in the 17-6 win over Monmouth, Robinson led all players with seven points.
He scored five goals, including a behind-the-back beauty worthy of SportsCenter Top 10 recognition. Robinson also assisted on a pair of goals in the 11-point UD win. He also had three ground balls and a caused turnover to help UD improve to 3-0 at home.

The accolade is the second player of the week honor of Robinson's career. It's the fourth consecutive week a Blue Hen has won the honor.
