Women’s Tennis Preview: St. Francis (Brooklyn) & Goldey-Beacom

» The University of Delaware women's tennis team returns to action on Sunday as the squad is at home for its first matches on campus at the Delaware Tennis Courts. The Blue Hens will host two opponents, taking on St. Francis (Brooklyn) at 11 a.m. before turning around and playing Goldey-Beacom at 3 p.m.

» The Blue & Gold enter the contest with a 10-3 overall record after a tough 4-3 loss at Temple on Thursday. Alina Vasilenko remained undefeated with a win at No. 2 singles, while Dominika Sujova and Isabella Montana each earned wins at No. 5 and No. 6, respectively.

» St. Francis is currently 1-6 on the season and will play at Sacred Heart on Saturday evening. The Terriers lost their first six matches of the spring before picking up their lone win with a 4-3 victory at Rider on Friday.

» Goldey-Beacom comes in at 5-3 in Division II play and has won its past two matches, including a 7-0 sweep of Millersville on Tuesday.
