Track & Field Sets A Trio Of New School Records To Close Out The Indoor Season At ECAC Championships
3/6/2022
BOSTON, Mass. – The University of Delaware track and field team closed out the indoor season with a strong showing at the three-day ECAC Championships (Mar. 4-6), hosted by Boston University inside BU’s Track and Tennis Center. Head coach Ryan Waite took 13 Blue Hen athletes with him up North where they competed in 10 events, rewriting the program’s history books 10 times.
Really, really great weekend! It is always special breaking one school record but getting three is extra special. Outside of the records, we competed really well, set new season-best records and had personal best performances. Overall, we entered the championship with positive attitudes and left the same way - that is great because we can use this performance as a springboard into the outdoor season. Really proud of the team this weekend.Head coach Ryan Waite
Day 1 - Friday Events (Mar. 4)
