Men’s Basketball CAA Pairings Released for Upcoming Season

RICHMOND, Va. – The Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) has released the schedule pairings for men's basketball, the league announced Thursday.
Teams will play an 18-game conference schedule against all 12 league foes that features six repeat opponents, three home-only opponents and three away-only opponents. This marks the first time since 2012-13 that the league has not played a full double round-robin schedule. In total, each team will play nine home games and nine road games.
The league accommodated regional rivalries with input from the institutions throughout the process. Conference games will primarily be slated for the traditional Thursday/Saturday schedule with exceptions made for two three-game weeks, including Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. All conference games will be available nationally on either FloHoops or CBS Sports Network with some contests on various regional sports networks on the East Coast.
The Blue Hens will host UNCW, Stony Brook, and William & Mary as their home only opponents, while traveling to Hampton, Monmouth, and North Carolina A&T for single games. Delaware will play a home and away series with Charleston, Drexel, Elon, Hofstra, Northeastern, and Towson.
