Cross Country Meet Preview: Goldey Beacom Fall Classic

Wilmington, Del.– The University of Delaware cross country team takes the short trip to Wilmington to take part in the Goldey Beacom Fall Classic.

What You Need to Know

Delaware is set to travel to Carousel Park in Wilmington, returning to the Goldey Beacom Fall Classic.
In last year's Goldey Beacom Fall Classic, Delaware finished in first place among seven competitive institutions, including a first-place finish from Katie Hally, who paced all runners with a time of 19:54.6. The Blue Hens swept the top-five finishers.
Delaware comes off its strong performance at the Delaware Opener, where Sarah Daniels, Nina Sgambelluri and Autumn Sands each finished in the top three en route to an outright victory for Delaware.
Delaware will see nine different athletes competing, including Anna Cleary and Carolyn Coletti, who both finished in the top five of last year's race at GBC.
