NEWARK, Del. – Delaware is set to host Elon for its second meeting this season on Friday, Jan. 27 inside Bob Carpenter Center and will hit the road to Williamsburg, Va. for Sunday's (Jan. 29) matchup against William & Mary inside Kaplan Arena. Opening tip for Friday's battle is set for 7 p.m. while Sunday's showdown is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start.

What You Need to Know:
- The last time Delaware was out was last Friday, Jan. 20, when they welcomed Towson to Newark. The Blue Hens suffered a heartbreaking 69-66 home setback to the Tigers.
- The statline vs. Towson: Nakiyah Mays-Prince paced Delaware with 12 points (5-9 FG, 2-3 3PT) while Kharis Idom, Makayla Pippin and Michelle Ojo poured in 10 points each.
- Games played through Jan. 26, Delaware as a unit ranks 37th in defensive rebounds per game (28.5) and 44th in field goal percentage defense (36.9) among the national leaders. Among the conference, the Blue Hens lead the way in defensive rebounds per game along with ranking second in field goal percentage defense, rebound margin (3.2), rebounds per game (39.94) and three point percentage (34.8).
- Jewel Smalls ranks 22nd in three pointers per game (2.82) among the national leaders. Pippin leads the conference in rebounds per game (8.6) while ranking fourth in rebounds (147). Smalls ranks among the conference leaders third in three point attempts (131), fourth in three point percentage (36.6), three pointers (48) and three pointers per game while Klarke Sconiers ranks fourth in blocks per game (1.53) and fifth in blocks (26).
- This will be the 19th time Delaware and Elon will be meeting in program history, with the Blue Hens holding a 10-8 all-time record against the Phoenix.
- Delaware holds a 4-3 record inside the Bob and will be looking to complete the series sweep against Elon while pushing their current win streak to four games over the Phoenix. The last time the Blue Hens faced the Phoneix inside the Bob and were victorious was on Feb. 25, claiming the 65-61 win.
- Exactly two weeks ago, Delaware completed the come-from-behind 71-65 road victory over Elon, snapping, at the time, their two-game skid while extending the Phoenix's losing streak to 10 games.
- The last time Elon hit the hardwood was last Sunday, Jan. 22, against new CAA member Stony Brook. The Phoenix saw their losing streak extend to 13 games after the Seawolves claimed the 70-56 win inside Schar Center. Evonna McGill and Raven Preston led the Phoenix with 13 points each. Preston also added nine rebounds to her statline.
- Elon is the lone CAA school looking to put one conference game in the win column this season.
- This will be the 42nd time in program history and the only time during the regular season that Delaware and William & Mary will be meeting. The Blue Hens hold a 31-10 all-time record and a 17-5 road mark against the Tribe.
- The last time the Blue Hens and the Tribe met was during the CAA tournament quarterfinal round where Delaware advanced to the semis after capturing the dominating 61-35 victory in Philadelphia on Mar. 11, 2022.
- The last time Delaware and William & Mary rumbled in Williamsburg was on Jan. 28, 2022 with the Blue Hens claiming the 70-56 victory.
- Delaware has won the last five meetings against the Tribe, looking to extend their streak to six games.
- William & Mary is currently on a three-game winning streak and will be defending their streak and home court on Friday, Jan. 27 when they welcome UNCW before playing host to the Blue Hens on Sunday.
- The last time out for William & Mary was on Sunday, Jan. 22, when the Tribe traveled to Charleston, S.C. to face Charleston. William & Mary prevailed in overtime with the 80-74 victory that was headlined by stellar performances from Riley Casey and Sydney Wagner. Casey (26 points) and Wagner (20 points) scored 46 of the Tribe's 80 total points while Rebekah Frisby-Smith and Bre Bellamy poured in 12 and 10 points, respectively, in the road win.
