Women's Swimming & Diving Completes Day One at Rutgers Invitational

Piscataway, N.J. – The Delaware women's swimming & diving team completed day one of the Rutgers Invitational on Friday.
RESULTS
RESULTS
- Julia Servas finished third in the one-meter dive with 257.40 points.
- The 200-yard freestyle team that consisted of Anthi Lyra, Brenna Ross, Olivia Willemsen, and Nicole Chiappa finished fourth with a time of 1:36.00
- Williemsen and Lyra also finished in the top 20 in the 50-yard freestyle. Williemsen placed sixth at 24.36 seconds, and Lyra was Lyra was eighth at 24.61 seconds.
- Lauren Hartell and Lyra had top 10 finishes in the 500-yard free style. Hartel placed sixth with a time of 5:04.05, and Lyra placed in eighth at 5:06.94
- Sara Smith and Erin Shema had top 10 finishes in the 200-yard freestyle. Smith finished sixth at 2:06.99, and Shema was ninth at 2:07.36
- The Blue Hens capped off the day with a third place finish in the 400-yard medley relay at 3:51.85 . Shema, Lyra, Aislinn Mitchell, and Mania Tasakou.
