Abidullina, Askarova Ranked Seventh in the Nation by ITA

TEMPE, Ariz. – Delaware's top doubles pairing of Adel-Byanu Abidullina and Eliza Askarova have been ranked seventh in the nation in the latest ITA National Doubles Rankings, the organization announced Tuesday. This is the fifth-straight rankings inside the top 10 for the couple.

The duo dropped two spots from the last ranking after suffering its second loss of the season to the now fifth ranked Temple Owls' pair.

Overall, Abidullina and Askarova boast a 21-2 on the year with wins over the fifth, ninth, 16^th, and 50^th ranked teams. The losses have come to Temple and then number two UNC.

Delaware returns to action on Wednesday, March 29 when it takes on Elon and NC A&T down in North Carolina.
