Men’s Golf in Sixth After First Round of CAA Championship

BEAUFORT, S.C. – Delaware men's golf sits in sixth place after the first round of the CAA Championship.
The Blue Hens fired a 300 (+12) in the first round, placing two strokes behind fifth-place Elon.
Xiong Da is the highest individual scorer for the Blue Hens, firing a first-round 73 (+1), including a pair of birdies.
Sparky Ariyachatvakin recorded a 75 (+3), including notching four birdies in the first stanza, tied for third among all participants.
The second round will begin Monday morning.
