Ewing, Kurtz Earn CSC All-District Honors

NEWARK, Del. – Delaware men's lacrosse student-athletes Harrison Ewing and Reed Kurtz have been selected to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) At-Large Academic All-District team, the organization announced on Tuesday.
A student-athlete must have a 3.5 GPA or better, and participate in at least 50 percent of the team's contest during a season to be eligible for the award.
Kurtz is a double majoring in management and marketing and has a 3.56 GPA. The senior from Puslinch, Ontario appeared in all 18 games for the Blue Hens in the spring. He played a key defensive role coming off the bench for the Blue Hens, contributing two goals, collecting 13 assists, and causing six turnovers. He was a member of the CAA Commissioners list from 2020, and 2021.
Ewing is a Biological Sciences major and has a 3.71 GPA. The senior from Timonium, Md. appeared in 15 games, and was a key depth member for the Blue Hens in the spring. Ewing scored one goal, collected 11 ground balls, and caused six turnovers this season.
