Abidullina, Askarova Ranked in Final ITA Regional Rankings

TEMPE, Ariz. – Adel-Byanu Abidullina and Eliza Askarova finished the season ranked in the final ITA Regional Rankings, the organization announced.
The pair finished third in the Atlantic Region after falling in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. Abidullina was also ranked eighth overall in singles competition.
Collectively, the duo made program history as the first ever Blue Hens to qualify for the NCAA Tournament (singles or doubles). They also set a record with 29 doubles wins in a season and an impressive 29-2 record.
