PHILADELPHIA, Penn. - University of Delaware rowing competed in the Navy Day Regatta on Sunday. The competition featured a plethora of Northeast programs, including CAA schools Monmouth and Drexel.Â

HEN HIGHLIGHTSÂ
- The Freshman 8 took first with a time of 16.06.37, finishing ahead of St. Joe's by over a full minute.Â
- The 2nd Varsity 8 finished fourth with a time of 15.55.31, beating out Georgetown, La Salle, Temple, Marist, Fairfield, and St. Joe's.
- The Varsity 8 recorded a time of 15:33.07 - finishing ahead of CAA opponent Drexel by over 30 seconds and Monmouth by over a minute.Â
- UD's Varsity 4 had a time of 17.09.71.
NOTES
- Delaware's freshman 8 time was their best of the fall season, improving on their time of 17:42.28 last week.Â
- UD's Varsity 8 time was improved upon from last week by nearly 20 seconds.Â
- The Blue Hens also improved upon their 2nd Varsity 8 time from last week, as they finished at 16:24.89 at the Head of the Christina.
