Martorell Tabbed NFHCA Mid-Atlantic Region Second Team

MANAHAWKIN, N.J. – University of Delaware field hockey's Valentina Martorell was named National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Mid-Atlantic Region Second Team, the organization announced Wednesday.
The Buenos Aires, Argentina native led the Blue Hens in scoring with 16 points on a team-best six goals and four assists. Martorell was the CAA Championship Most Outstanding Player as she aided UD to its 10th CAA Championship in the last 12 years.
