Women's Swimming & Diving Leaps Into First Place After Day Two of CAA Championships

HAMPTON, Va. – The University of Delaware women's swimming & diving program leads the CAA Championships with 484.5 points after day two on Feb. 29

Lauren Hartel – 500 freestyle

Julia Servas – 3 meter dive

Alex Pastris – 3 meter dive

Day two kicks off at 10 a.m. with the 200 backstroke, and finals start at 6 p.m.
RESULTS
- Lauren Hartel became first UD athlete to win the CAA women's 500 freestyle with a time of 4:47.52
- Aislinn Mitchell played second in the 200 IM (1:59.84).
- Julia Servas (306.55) and Alex Pastris (284.45) finished second and third in the 3-meter dive.
- The 400 medley relay team of Erin Shema Mania Tasakou Aislinn Mitchell and Nicole Chiappa were third (3:42.96).
