Field Hockey is Set to Play Four Spring Games, Including Alumni Game

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware field hockey team is set to play four games this spring, head coach Rolf van de Kerkhof announced, as the Blue Hens prepare for their fall 2024 season.
The Hens kick off the spring season with a trip to Temple on Sunday, March 17 at noon for a bout with the Owls. Following its trip to the City of Brotherly love, Delaware heads to D.C. to take on American at 11 a.m. on April 6. The Blue & Gold rounds out its spring schedule on April 13 as Delaware hosts Saint Joseph's at 10:30 a.m.
On April 27, Delaware field hockey will host its alumni for the program's annual alumni game. Game time is set for 11:30 a.m. at Rullo Stadium. There will be a light tailgate following the competition.
