Greenly Named to ABCA/Rawlings East All-Region Second Team

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware designated hitter Bryce Greenly has been selected to the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings NCAA Division 1 East All-Region Second Team, the organization announced on Tuesday, June 11.
In 53 games played, and 52 starts, Greenly had a .298 batting average, including 61 hits, nine home runs, 30 walks and 43 RBI's. He also had an on base percentage of .393, a slugging percentage of .517 and an OPS of .910. During the season, he had 19 multi-hit games, including a four-hit game against Monmouth back on May 3.
For the second year in a row, the Blue Hens earned an ABCA All-Region nod. Last year, Joey Loynd received the accolade after a season in which he had a batting average of .392, 93 hits, an on base percentage of .454 and a slugging percentage of .692 with 14 home runs, 80 RBI's and 93 hits.
