Football Hosts UTEP for Senior Day on Saturday

Delaware enters the contest 5-6, 3-4 CUSA, following a 52-14 road loss to Wake Forest.
QB Nick Minicucci leads the team with 3,196 passing yards and 19 touchdown passes, while rushing for a team-best nine touchdowns to rank first in CUSA at the position. His nine rushing scores are tied for the 14th-most nationally at the position and tied for ninth-most in the country among QBs with 11 games played. The signal caller also ranks first in CUSA and fourth nationally with 290.5 passing yards per contest. He also leads the league and ranks eighth in the nation in total offense with 307.3 yards per game.
RB Jo Silver, a preseason Doak Walker Award Candidate, leads UD's rushing attack with 472 rushing yards on the season to go with three rushing touchdowns.
WR Sean Wilson, who is second in CUSA and tied for 56th nationally in receiving yards per game (67.6), paces the Hens with 56 receptions and 744 yards to go with two receiving touchdowns.
LB Gavin Moul leads the Hens with 90 tackles, sitting 40th nationally and fourth in CUSA. His 8.2 tackles per game ranks t-43rd in the nation.
The Blue & Gold lead the conference in passing offense (301.4), first downs per game (23.5), average kick return yards (23.5) and average punt return yards (15.7).

ABOUT THE MINERS

The Miners enter the contest 2-9, 1-6 CUSA, coming off a 34-31 loss to New Mexico State.
UTEP is led by head coach Scotty Walden, who owns a 5-18 record with the Miners. He was previously the leader of Austin Peay, Southern Miss, and East Texas Baptist with a combined career record of 39-38.
UTEP's offense is led by QB Skyler Locklear, who has 1,080 passing yards and nine touchdowns on the season.
The Miners are led on the ground by RB Ashten Emory, who has 540 rushing yards and four touchdowns on the campaign.
WR Wondame Davis Jr. is the team's leading receiver with 492 yards and five touchdowns.
On defense, LB Micah Davey has 131 tackles on the year to lead the nation.
