WASHINGTON, D.C. - The University of Delaware men's tennis team began their spring break on a high note as they took down Georgetown on Friday, 4-1Â
On the season, the Blue Hens now stand at an overall record of 10-5 and CAA record of 2-0.Â
ON THE RECORD
"We couldn't have asked for a better start to our spring break trip by taking down a very good team in Georgetown on their home courts," head coach Marc Pibernat said. "Conditions were very difficult today with being cold and high winds, but the team did an excellent job adapting and making it go our way. I am very proud of our student-athletes and how we are coming together as a team. We are heading down south the Charleston and preparing for our next battle versus The Citadel on Wednesday."Â
