NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware baseball team took game two of its three game series against North Carolina A&T by a score of 10-7 on Saturday at Bob Hannah Stadium.

With the win, the Blue Hens overall record improves to 20-17 overall and 7-7 in Coastal Athletic Association play.

HEN HIGHLIGHTS

Aaron Graeber led the way offensively for Delaware. He went 3-for-5 on the day. LT Cockrill was the other Blue Hen with multiple hits, going 2-for-5 with a home run and three RBI's.
Starting on the mound was Tim Hartman. In relief was Ethan Shaub and Dom Velazquez. The three pitchers gave up seven runs (three earned) and struck out nine batters. Shaub was credited with the win, he is now 2-3. Velazquez picks up his second save of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The Blue Hens scored seven of their runs in the third and fourth innings.
In the third, Jackson Tyer hit a double to left field and Andrew Amato hit a two-run home run to right center field to tie the game at 4-4.
In the fourth, Brett Walmsley and Aiden Stewart drove in a run off of a single, and Tyer hit a sacrifice fly. The Blue Hens led 7-6 after the fourth.
Cockrill added a three-run home run in the seventh to help secure the win.

Game three of the Blue Hens conference series against North Carolina A&T concludes tomorrow at 1 p.m. at Bob Hannah Stadium.
