Blue Hens in the PLL - Week 3

NEWARK, Del. – Week 3 of the PLL was hosted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the Philadelphia Waterdogs' Homecoming.
Matt DeLuca (2017-20) watched his Philadelphia Waterdogs take down Owen Grant (2019-23) and the Boston Cannons, 14-11 on Friday. Grant scored a two-point goal and tallied an assist for three total points while adding a caused turnover and two ground balls.
Chris Collins (2002-05), an assistant coach for the California Redwoods, saw his team fall to the Utah Archers, 12-11.
After resting on Friday night, DeLuca found himself in the cage for the Waterdogs on Saturday. The Denver Outlaws made it a 1-1 weekend for the Waterdogs, beating them 9-7. DeLuca made 14 saves and added two ground balls in the losing effort.
