Houser Named CSC Academic All-District

NEWARK, Del. - Tyler Houser of the Delaware men's basketball program earned Academic All-District honors from College Sports Communicators, the organization announced on Monday.
To be eligible for the CSC Academic All-District Team, a player must carry a 3.50 cumulative GPA and be at least a sophomore athletically and academically. The student athlete must have either played in 90 percent of the team's games or started in 66 percent.
The finance major with a 3.62 GPA, started all 26 games he appeared in this season while averaging 14.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 33.4 minutes per game. Houser recorded 20 double-digit games and recorded back-to-back double-doubles against UNCG (24 points, 10 rebounds) and Iona (12 points, 11 rebounds).
