DALLAS – Men's tennis' Tobey Lock, Euan Mackenzie, and Luke Tollenaar received CUSA all-conference nods in the program's first season in the league, the conference announced Tuesday.
Lock, a senior from Bristol, United Kingdom, earned a Conference USA First-Team Singles laurel. This is the first all-conference award he has received in his storied four-year career with the Fightin' Blue Hens. Lock was a mainstay at No. 1 singles, going 11-8 in singles action, playing 17 of the 19 matches in first singles. In dual action, Lock started out 8-0 in the spring season.
Tollenaar, in his first season in Newark after two seasons with Campbell, earned a spot on the CUSA singles second team. He immediately became a force in singles action, becoming the 14th student-athlete in program history to achieve 18-or-more singles wins in a season as he went 18-6, including 11-2 in tournament play. The Netherlands native had three different stretches with five singles wins in a row, with two occurring during the fall, and the final of six singles wins in a row starting in the first match of dual action on January 30 and continuing through March 14.
Lock and Mackenzie close a historic year with a first-team doubles nod from the conference. They established themselves in the record books for the Blue Hens by being the first doubles team from Delaware to ever make it to the NCAA Singles & Doubles Tournament. The duo earned as high as the No. 35 ITA ranking in doubles in November 2025. Lock and Mackenzie went 14-6 on the year in doubles action, moving into second place in program history with 49 doubles wins as a pair at the conclusion of their careers.
