TEXARKANA, Ark. – The University of Delaware men's golf team completed its inaugural season as a member of Conference USA, finishing 10th at the 2026 Conference USA Men's Golf Championship. The Fightin' Blue Hens carded a three-round score of 12-over par 876 at the par-72, 6,969-yard Texarkana Country Club.

The top four teams at the end of the three rounds advance to a match play semifinals and finals on Thursday.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The Blue Hens totaled 42 birdies over the three rounds, including 15 during Tuesday's second round when they turned in a 3-under par 285 as a team.
Areephun exploded up the leaderboard on Tuesday, carding a 5-under par 67 while draining six birdies. On Wednesday, he had three birdies on his back nine to shoot a 1-under par 71. He finished with 11 total birdies for the tournament.
Vuradi made four of his eight total birdies in the second round as he turned in a 2-under par 70.
Itzoe drained 10 birdies over his 54 holes, and Homer had six.

UP NEXT
Delaware wrapped up the 2026-27 season with four top-five finishes as a team, winning the inaugural Blue Hen Intercollegiate back in the fall with a team score of 3-under par. Individually, the Blue Hens recorded 11 top-10 finishes and had 51 total rounds at even or under par.
