Allie Hanlon Joins Women’s Lacrosse Roster

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware women's lacrosse team has added its second transfer of the offseason as Allie Hanlon has joined the program out of the transfer portal, head coach Amy Altig announced on Wednesday. Hanlon, a goalkeeper from Camillus, New York, comes to the Fightin' Blue Hens after playing the past two seasons at Syracuse where she helped the Orange to consecutive appearances in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

Bio: Four-year starter and two-time team captain at West Genesee High School… Helped lead West Genesee to sectional and regional championships in 2023 and 2024, and a state runner-up finish in 2024… Named team MVP in 2022 and 2024… Three-time All-Central New York First Team selection (2022-24) and a second team honoree in 2021… Earned All-America honors in 2024… Set her school and New York state records with 662 career saves, including 183 as a senior… In the classroom, was a high honor roll student.
